About me
My name is May. I'm a proud mum and a passionate yoga teacher based near Ashford, Kent. I'm originally from Argentina, and I moved to the UK in 2020, spending a number of years practising yoga whilst working in London, before deciding to dedicate myself fully to yoga teaching and making the move south to Kent with my family.
I initially discovered yoga and meditation when I was 16, and since then, both disciplines have supported me through life's challenges and growth, becoming an essential part of my day to day.
I am a fully-certified Yoga Alliance teacher, offering both traditional breath-based Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow classes. I am also a certified kids’ yoga teacher, creating fun and mindful classes for children aged 4–12.

Classes
I design each class to meet you where you are — whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice. With a focus on mindful movement, breath, and balance, the classes offer a safe and supportive space to explore yoga in a way that feels accessible, calming, and restorative.
My classes are based in the Ashford area of Kent in a range of different formats, both in-person and online.
